He has a special interest in upper limb pathologies involving the shoulder, elbow, and wrist, along with extensive experience in managing knee and other lower limb problems. He completed his MBBS from the prestigious Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and ranked 4th in the postgraduate entrance exam to pursue MS Orthopedics at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He is also a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS), Edinburgh, UK.

Dr Vinay Kumaraswamy did his MBBS from the prestigious Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute. He further secured 4th rank in the post graduate entrance exam and did his MS orthopaedics from the esteemed Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Dr Vinay is also a Member of Royal College of Surgeon [MRCS] of Edinburgh UK. He also has the experience of working in Maulana Azad Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi between 2012 and 2014 and did his fellowship in arthroscopy and sports injuries from Coimbatore under Dr David Rajan. Dr Vinay Kumaraswamy further honed his skills in arthroscopy, sports injuries and shoulder surgery in one best orthopaedic centers in the world at Wrightington Hospital, Manchester, UK. Since his return to India he has been practicing in Bangalore and he set up The Aviva Otho And Sports Injury Clinic.
